Short answer. Yes. Custom capture is part of what we do - contact us with the material you need.
When a request makes sense
The catalog covers natural stone - marble, granite, onyx, quartzite, travertine and semi-precious materials - alongside wood veneers, mother-of-pearl, papers and felt. If nothing in it matches what your project specifies, a request is the right move rather than settling for an approximation.
Common reasons: the project specifies a named material that isn't in the library, the client has already selected a physical slab, or the surface needs to match something that exists in the built environment.
How it works
Custom requests are handled through Exclusive. We source the material you need, arrange an exclusive photo shoot and create the texture at the maximum size the material allows, delivered as an uncompressed 16-bit PSB master. Exclusivity scope and duration are set in your individual agreement, so how tightly the result is reserved to you is something you decide with us rather than something fixed in advance.
What to include when you ask
The more specific the brief, the faster the answer. Useful to state: the material name or type, whether a particular slab or block is already identified, the intended use (screen, print, manufacturing), the physical scale of the finished output, and your timeline.
If you're not sure it's needed
Ask anyway. Sometimes the honest answer is that an existing texture in the library will serve the project better and sooner, and we would rather point you at it than run an unnecessary shoot.
